Lifting Question

To get cut should you do more reps at lower weight or less reps at higher weight?

And what are some good workouts to work out your abs, chest and front and back bicep?

font and back bicep?

abs... let me see... how about sit ups?
chest? gee idk, bench press?

by cut do you mean large, or muscle definition, to get 'cut' you'll have to do a lot more than just lift. you would probably have to do some cutting cycles, and get on a few supplements.

to get cut you need to monitor your diet carefully and do a lot of cardio. lifting doesn't make you cut, reducing bodyfat does.

yah, like no body fat.

most people i see that go through cutting cycles live off of water, vitamines and protein shakes.

i dont really need to be real cut i just want somewhat of a nice stomach and chest for summer

and by cut i mean to be more defined

do you have a gut?

just do a fvckton of situps, the normal ones, then lay on one side and do the side ones 😛, then rotate and repeat.

you can bearhug a plate and do them that way if you like, start with an extra 10lbs and work your way up.

if you really want to have some fun play around with the different supplements, ones that have worked for me: creatine, glutamine, protein, no2

i dunno, i flipped through a body building book once and it just said the total amount of work is what mattered. easier to get there with less reps and more weight.
