life-like text-to-speech

I remeber viewing a link a coulple of months ago from AT&T. They had an online beta their text-to-speech software. It sounded very life-like. I can't seem to find the bookmark to the page though. Does anybody know the link?

Can you recomend another program that has life-like text-to-speech?
