It seems my world has gone from a 8/10 to down to a 3/10.

It seems I have nothing in check except my opinion and thats ironic to me.

At least I got 3 more semesters to get my BS in business. I'm in good health and not in debt...

I guess those 3 things = 3/10

Look towards the future. At least you are in college. You are in all probability going to do just fine. You will graduate from your school and find your way into a nice career that pays a respectable salary. There are a million other women in the world. Breaking up is not the end of the world. Do you know how many people would kill to be in your shoes?
