...enjoying a nice Quintero and a Laphroaig 10yr out on the porch with the wife. Kids are passed out in bed. That is all.

Smart man giving the kids the Laphroaig first.

We actually have a rule in our house...it's called "chon chon." We allow our kids to dip their pinky finger in alcohol to try the flavor. Unfortunately (fortunately?), my daughter loves Laphroaig (at 3). Son hates it.

Since when did "passed out" and "went to sleep" become synonymous?

I think the above applies...however inappropriately.

Just had a killer chicken cutlet off my cast iron pan, glazed with Thousand Island dressing, which, for some reason, is an awesome flavor combination. Stomach is full, sweet potato pie in the oven, finishing up some work remotely, yup. LG yo!

Oh, you. 😉

That actually does sound good. We had a cup of whole wheat pasta with a homemade marinara and an 228g chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and garlic. Clean eating...😉

I've been addicted to chicken cutlets ever since I learned this method:

Although I use a rolling pin & usually just grab a ziploc bag for convenience. They should teach this in school, because I had no idea how to make chicken breasts that weren't dry before, haha.
