Just turned 30 at midnight, still have my health, will be going back to school full-time in the fall, and it looks like I'm going to be able to refinance my 7% 30-year mortgage down to 4.5% for 15 years. Oh, and, through my boss, I think I just found that "trustworthy-shadetree-mechanic-that-does-work-on-the-side-for-cheap" that every mechanically-inept person longs to find. All-in-all, not a bad summer so far.


Just had to throw out a random "happy" post before I go to bed. 😀
 
Yeah, and tomorrow you get into a horrible car accident which severes your legs and leaves you brain dead. It could all end so quickly.

no then i'll probably make a b!tch thread to complain about how I need to take her out but have no money, so my credit card debt will be increasing rapidly. *sigh* It's a lose-lose. I just look at it as an investment into getting laid in the near future.
