Maybe you don't understand this trucker, but he's not attacking left wingers as much as defining where he stands as a canadiate.

Dennis Kucinich, Howard Dean, and even have drawn the line to where they stand. Lieberman has drawn his line on where he stands. He has to differienciate himself, to have any real hope of winning the nomination.

We all know Lieberman is right wing, but still respectable enough not to be Republican.

I didn't write the article. Just posted it from the reliable CNN unbiased news source. I do commend him for standing up to the " Left Wing " though.

Love this part and agree :

Sen. Joe Lieberman attacked the left wing of his party Sunday, saying Democrats "don't deserve to run the country" if they move left and embrace "the failed solutions of the past.

Well, that's nice for Bush III, er I mean Lieberman. Perhaps he ought to seek the VP spot again, but this time with Bush.

Lieberman is an ass. Personally, I always thought Gore would have had a better chance with a more sensible VP. Oh well...

Lieberman voted to send American soldiers to fight and die to solve an Israeli problem. He has no place in an American party.

And more importantly he's against allowing us to experience video games where we send American solders to fight and die to solve Israeli problems. ;)

That they are. I've played them since 8th grade and I'm pure, unadulterated evil...Hitla-style!

Yes. He's also talking to extreme left wing people like the ones in this thread. So he's called ( a name by the way as in put down ) " Bush III " .... ooohh man that really stings .

You people don't fool anyone but yourselves.

Lieberman is a closet neo-con.

And the rift in the democratic party widens.

Perhaps, but not over this. Anyone who wants what Lieberman advocates (by and large) can pick Bush. Democrats will politely dismiss him for that reason, and the other candidates will come to the fore. Now that is where it could get interesting. I seem to remember something of the like said about Bush and McCain though. Seems the Reps got over that.

I see it as reclaiming a party back. The democrats USED to be for the working class American. Now we have prayer boy Lieberman and some other so-called democrats from down south that are closet republicans who are ruining this fine country.

Good, I'm sick of a second class Republican party. It's time for Democrats to get envolved in the class war. Lead or die.

Umm...Class warfare doesn't work anymore;) Didn't you get the new playbook? It's been simplified - now an amazing 50% smaller(only 2 pages now), comes in 534 languages, includes your very own absentee ballot with your neighbor's name on it, and now comes in a big font edition too!
