License Keys by email?

I'm in need of an XP Home OEM version by this weekend which is unfortunately only 2 days away. Since paying for overnight shipping makes it more expensive than getting an upgrade version at the store, are there any legit companies (newegg, zzf, buy.com, etc) that I can buy an OEM version and have them email me the key while the product is in transit?

I'm not sure of anyone that does this so if anyone knows, let me know.

I've never hear of that FrankyJunior. Are you doing a new install this weekend?

Well I either have to do a full new install or I have to upgrade over the top of an ME install. Unless I can scrounge up an older windows CD that I can pop in to do an upgrade. The people with the pC only have the "Restore CD" they got with the system and not the actual Windows CD. So it seems I have 3 choices...

1) Restore them to Windows ME and then upgrade over the top (which I'd rather not do),
2) Get an OEM Full Home version (but I don't think I can get one that fast)
3) Use an Upgrade CD, install from scratch, and find an old Windows CD to pop in during the Upgrade check. (This might be my ownly hope)

Ah well. I'll figure something out. I gotta have a Windows CD laying around somewhere...
