Through my school I can get free software from MS. The problem is over time I've allocated some software but I don't know what each license goes to what software. (They just print out the code w/o the name of software)

Is there anything software out there that can figure this out for me?

That won't help him.

He has strips of paper with key's on it, but doesn't know which key goes to what. In which case he is SOL and should have labeled what it goes to on the back.

Yep, I misread the post. Sorry. I have all my keys written down on a notepad and saved on a flash drive.

Can you just do trial by error next time you install things? Then keep track after that.

I think it is more mundane and to the point. Install using the disk. Then have your list of keys ready and try them until you find the one that works. That's old fashioned trial and error. One of them should work.
