LibAcc.Exe

Does anyone know what "libacc.exe" is and where it can be found to kill it?

I have a laptop that continually runs this file. It has a memory leak, and just KILLS
the computer. I can't find it via search, or MSConfig. Every time I end the
process, it just pop's right back up. It's a user process too.

Ad-aware has been ran, and Mcafee doesn't pick anything up either.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't find ANY information on it, and it's eating up your resources, it is almost certainly A Bad Thing. You might want download and run HijackThis before you kill it just to be sure. Run the resulting logfile through the HijackThis auto analyzer.

Be careful with HJT. IME, it's something to use when AV and ant-spyware pick up nothing. It does have an un-do feature, but "repairing" (read: deleting) the wrong things can have unexpected consequences.
