Does the Pc-69 usually ship without a top fan as mine seem to have. What case fan do you recommend putting there?

Yes, they come stock with a top fan. Some companies take them out if you don't buy them as an "option." Any 80mm fan will do, but I would recommend an Enermax, Vantec Stealth, or a Panaflow L1A.

Mine came with the top fan, and one rear fan, and then two more front fans all installed. All of the fans Mogul mentioned are good, but since I have tried all three I'd pick the Panaflow L1A as my favorite

This is a little off topic, but where can ya get a Panaflow L1A, Vantec Stealth, or Enermax Fan?

The Enermax and Vantec fans you can get just about anywhere. I've purchased mine mostly from newegg.com. The L1As are harder to find, because I don't think they make the 80mm one's anymore.

Directron sells them, and I've picked up a few from them. http://www.directron.com/80l1a.html

Rather than recommending a fan (yes, it does come stock with one, but as MM said, some take it out), let us know what you're looking for in a fan (low noise? high output? good balance of both?) and then we can help you.

The system will have have 4 hds(2 WD200gb and 2 raptors) a nv34 or ati9900, for cpu 3000+ or 3200+. As for a fan the primary qualifications are stability by keeping the cpu/components cool, longeivty on the parts due to cooling as I usually end up selling for donating sytems to family members, and I guess of least import would be the sound factor. However if a panaflo at 22cfm offers no disadvantages to the 80cfm fans as far as keeping things cool or stable? Right now the case has the fans it shipped with 3 and I have the antec true 550 power suppply with dual fans. As for panaflos isn't there is a deal with them not having connectors or tails or some such and being hard to find? I wouldn't want a bad connection to the power to be the cause of overheating . I am also looking for a cpu fan to go with most likely a slk-800a. If i go loud at cpu or case then would be silly to go quiet in another spot.
