Yes, 2x80 in the front and 4x80 in back (2 beside cpu-area and 2 above the psu).
Some pages says otherwise but allt the fans in my pc70 is 80mm and the only difference to the pc75 is the side-window so I guess the sites describe older revisions of the case.
Oh and the newest revisions doesn't come with the 3 40mm fan-spots beside the pci-slots either as some shops and reviews say.

Yup, this is how mine came. You do not get the 2 fans above the psu of course.
