1. What is the difference between the 60 and the 60B?

2. Can this case allow me to drill on top to install a carrying handle?

The 60B is light blue colored.

The top of the case does not come off, which makes it a little harder to drill. I think it can be done though. I assume you want a light case for lan parties (Why else would you put a handle on it?). This case is very light.

Personally, I like the pc-68 (which is why I got one), but everyone has their own personal prefrence. You can see all of these cases at newegg.com
