Lian-Li PC60 vs. CoolerMaster Praetorian

Coolermaster... Comes with two more fans, and is a lower price... Both have enough other spec's to make it a coin toss, but if you want to get the same number of fans in the Lian-Li case, it will cost you even more. Even if you replace all the fans in both cases, the CM will come out cheaper.

??
The CoolerMaster is more expensive and has the same amount of fans as the Lian-Li (4)... what are you talking about? 😕

EDIT: NOOOO, Newegg raised the price of the PC60 10bux. Now there the same price.

Site I went to had a ~$20 price difference between the two with the CM being lower. Also only listed two fans on the Lian-Li case, but four on the CM.

Both are really so close that it's a coin toss as to which to get. Both have removable mobo trays. Both have (or have room for) dual fans in the front. CM has a top fan for venting. Both handle the same hardware the same, so they really are too close to each other. If it was me, between the two, I'd lean more towards the CM case. Of course, when it comes to other cases, I lean towards the Lian-Li... Especially when you want quiet AND good looking... That's why I went with the one in my sig.

which one?

Why would you first start a thread between the Super Lanboy and the PC60, decided to get a PC60, and now ask about a Praetorian? With everyone talking about the PC60, why not just get it and be done?

Of those two cases I would choose the Lian-Li, but that is just me.

Ask a group of system builders, either hobbiest or professional, about those cases and you'll get one of three reactions from all of them... Love it, hate it, don't care either way... After hearing the feedback you have already... JUST PICK ONE!!! Make a decision, or if you can't flip a coin. OR let someone else make the choice for you (which it sounds like you're really looking for).

Suck it up, take it like a man, make the choice and live/deal with it.

Good choice. Sorry to come across short-tempered, we all like to know we made the right decision. There just comes a time when you have to weigh the options and choose. I chose a super lanboy and while there are some drawbacks, I have found that I am very happy with my choice as it was an informed one. Now you can do the same with your new PC60, you researched (I hope), asked questions, and now it is buying time.

Good luck with the new build.

COOLER MASTER PRAETORIAN !!!!!!!!

Only the Lian Li PC-6077 could beat it because of the cool front i/o port at the bottom and the nice design. 😛

i suggest you get something entirely different, because i have the praetorian, and it's loud as hell. however, if you really want one, i can get it for you mad cheap, accidental dents and all 😛.
