Lian-Li PC-V1000 / XP-120

I have the PC-V1000, mounting a A8N-SLI with an XP-120 sink. I have a Panaflo FB M fan I mounted initally, and when I put that in the case, the rear exhaust fan is fully half way blocked by that assembly. The rear fan is only about an inch from the sink/fan assembly and I am wondering if anyone has a similar combo (PC-V1000, XP-120, any fan). Since I have the Panaflo blowing down into the sink, I am worried about the two fans trying to fight each other. I could reverse the Panaflo to pull up through the sink, and theoretically out the exhaust fan then; anyone tried that?

Yes, that is how I have the fan set in my V1100 with xp120 heatsink, panaflo-L fan.
As read in Everest latest beta, it dropped mb temp TEN degrees, the cpu 2C, the nforce chip 2C. Not much fun changing the fan around with that combo, but give it a try.

Actually on some motherboards the XP-120 goes OVER and the dividers get in the way. Then you've got a problem. I think I read somewhere that someone took a dremel to it and cut away part of the divider just to get the XP-120 to fit.

The xp120 just fit on mine, did forget to install the 4 pin molex plug under it; got to check arctic silver appplication, before re-installing!
