Lian Li PC-V1000 and MSI K8N Neo Platinum (754)?

After getting inspired by reading reviews here at Anandtech I decided to go with Lian Li, MSI Neo Platinum and Athlon 64 for my next computer. In particular the Lian Li PC-V1000 case and a MSI K8N Neo Platinum + Athlon 64 3000+. Just wondering if anyone has had any problems when installing & connecting the motherboard to this particular case?
 
Congrats on your case choice. Lian-Li make some of the BEST cases. I have 3! If space is a consideration, or your going to water cool, you might want to look at the PC-V2000. That is my next case purchase. Newegg has them for $260 ($16.00 s&h). Good luck.
