Lian Li PC-B71

I bought a Lian Li PC-B71 case for my new computer. It is a quite good case with two exceptions:
- it is really a pain to insert the internal hard-drives into the SATA HDD cage because they keep jumping out of the bearing. I don't know why Lian Li choose to use such a crappy mechanism at this point. And there are not enough screws delivered to use all 7 HDD slots in the SATA HDD cage.
- it was hard work to install the graphics card, because i had to remove the tool less PCI-card locks because the locks cannot be closed for the graphics card (i have an Sapphire HD5970 - uses 2 Slots) Additional i had really trouble to insert the screw above the slot, because when the card was completely inserted in the motherboard, there were about 1 mm missing to get the screw into the whole to fix the card at the case. I had similar problems with other cards as well, but there the metal of the card could easily be bended a bit to make it fit.

I wouldn't have expected such things from Lian Li and therefore i am somewhat disappointed with the case and Lian Li.
All other things are quite fine and are good quality.

If I understand correctly, when you put your graphics card in, it sticks up too high for you to screw it down on the case. The hole in the bracket is correctly aligned with the hole in the case but there is a gap between the bracket and the case.

Does your I/O panel line up correctly on the case? I'm wondering if the wrong height standoffs are being used.

I am thinking something is off here like kranky said. I have had 2 Lian Li cases and they have been perfectly made.

Sorry for my bad english.
No, the hole and the card were not alligned correctly. The gap was on the long side, as if the mainboard and the case do not have the correct angle.
I am an experienced Computer builder (i did build about 30 computers this way in the last 10 years) and i checked if the mainboard is installed the correct way 5-10 times. Another point is, that the Auzentech Forte had the same problem, but with that card it was easy to resolve it.
