Lian-Li Multispeed Fan Switch and LED Fans

Hello:

I just picked up a couple Antec 80mm LED fans to replace my two front fans. Antec recommends only attaching them to fixed speed power sources. (I assume they are referring to motherboard controlled/monitored headers.) So I ask: Is there any issue attaching these fans to the three-speed selector on the Lian-Li case? I don't plan on changing the speed, but I want to make sure the set up is safe.

The only issue will be that the LEDs will not be as bright if you run the fans at lower than max speed.
