Got one of these Lian Li MF2100 HDD Bay. It has a temperature sensor pad attached to a wire which is long enought to reach around to the back of the drive. Queing up a straight line: where should I stick it?
The instructions on this thing are on the card that the bay is packaged in and are truly funny. "extremely considerably compliant with customers demand absolutely." Makes me glad I got an Antec case and not a Lian Li! It looks like the sensor is not settable and there's no way it'll tell you the actual temperature (just light a bulb when it's too high - but here again the directions don't say what that temp may be).
On a positive note, it does appear to be a well made unit with 1 pound of aluminum and a couple of fans with filters.
