Hi all,

I recently finish assembling my new computer in a used Lian Li pc-65 case. The LED lights in the front were swapped out for clear ones by the original owner.

My HD lights up with no problem but the other one which I think is the power light does not. I may need to recheck wiring. Is that suppose to stay on when the power is on??? The computer turns on with no problem.

Please LMK.
Thanks

Yeah, it's supposed to stay on. Try flipping the LED connector to the mobo the other way around. If that doesnt work, then something is broken.

The power button works fine. Is one connected/ related to the other??? I mean, will the computer not power up at all if its not lit??? Maybe a busted LED???

Hmmm...

No the power button lead and the power led lead are separate. it might very well be a busted led, but just reverse the lead to check first.
