The two cases I've gotten from them seen decent. They have always had low end and high end case. The sub $100 cases are always a little weaker than the $200 cases they make (thinner medal) but the design are decent. To be honest I'm overjoyed with the pc-q33 cases I've been using. They run circle around the elite 130 for itx. The full tower (pc-a75) I have is also a joy compared to the previous case i had been using. both of these cases are mid-lower end - the pc-a75 was like $120 but it runs ring around the rocketfish and asus case I had previously. Yea there are $200+ cases that might be nicer but for the price point i can't beat it.

I guess it might help if you added details why you think the quality is lower.

I have 2 LIAN LI PC-9F and the only issue I have had with them is the plastic clips that fasten the front bezel to the case break easily. I found a 3D print pattern so I can make my own now so it's not really an issue for me. Other than that I love the fact that they weigh so little for the size they are.

I had a PC-9F for 5+ years and never had any issue with it but didn't clean the filters very often (which results in removal of the front bezel). I did sell it last year as i down sized to micro-itx (lian-li q33 mentioned above). Those cases are known ot have weak clips but they include a couple of extra in the packaging. Only real negative (as mentioend above) is they have no filters.
