i use 1.65 volt, slk800 hs, 2900 cfm fan, stock speed on 2500 cpu, i never really ran the pc with the side on it, then i decided to put some deadening material on both sides, top and bottom, also added another fan on the back, i have two 80mm intake fans, and two 80mm exhaust fans now, is that temp too hot my cpu?

my bad, 29 cfm, but i put a 52 cfm fan on it and it didnt change??? i just put the as3 on again, maybe that is just what my cpu does? like i said up top, i have had my side off so long, i forgot what temp should be good, it ran cooler with the side off i think

ok, im going to tell on myself, when i took the case apart to put the stuff in it, i took it all apart, when i put the two intake fans on the front, well lets say that i had four exhaust fans on the case instead of two intake and two exhaust, oh well, i just changed them and put two blue led fans (intake fans) in now, 35 is temp now

In my experience, if your temps go down when you take of the side panels, that means your intake fans are not providing enough cool air for your system... but now that you have fixed your fan placement, all is good 😛
