Lian 2100 Case fans and Seasonic S12

Noticed on my Lian 2100 they have included a small 3 pin fan connector for the back of the case. I'd like to keep all the fans except for the 92mm CPU fan off the motherboard. Will most power supplies have a way to plug in this 3 pin connector or do I need to splice into the fan or somehow change it out with a 4 pin molex? As of right now I'm thinking about getting the Seasonic S12 in 500 or 600 watts but not much info is available. I'm also curious as to the cable lengths in the S12 as I need good length cables to provide power in places.
