No, these are not Li-ion. They are Li-iron and are not rechargeable. They are 1.5V and hold just under 3000 mAh. Their main advantage is very long shelf life (>10 years) and tolerance of extreme cold (they work just as well down at -40).
There are a number of different Li primary (non-rechargeable) batteries about - most are not compatible with normal batteries because of their different voltage (usually between 3.0 and 3.6 V) and come in a variety of different shapes and sizes. Occasionally you can get AA versions of these, and they may have a capacity of about 2000 mAh, but at 3.6 V.
