My boss is trying to sell his used 2000 Lexus GS300(for $12,500 if anyone is interested) here in LA and someone called him very excited to see the car. So he came by today and says he plans on purchasing the car and sending it back to Japan. He has purchased 6 other GS's and sent them over. Appearantly the Japanese want LHD cars and this is why he buys them. Anyone know if this is true? Seems kinda strange as ive never heard of this before...

It's probably a fad over there. It would be easier to buy the car here and ship it over than to convert the thing to LHD

haha, imagine driving a giant lifted diesel truck in japan. You wouldn't even feel all the little cars as you ran them over.
