I am looking for a heatsync for my e6300 that is under $35.00 however id like to get the best I can. I was looking at the ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 for $34. Should i get something else or is this a good deal?

Has been receiving some attention from reviewers; MaximumPC went so far as to call it the best air cooler of the year. Even if it doesn't live up to *that* hype, it's a safe bet that it'd be your best bet at that price point.
The difference over the stock cooler is rather striking. Before, I was getting temps in the 70s and sometimes causing my computer to shut down when running intel burn test. Now I get temps in the mid 50s max and far quieter operation. I was forced to buy this because my HTPC case frankly has dismal thermal properties, but it worked even beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it.
This article compares several coolers (but on 1156) and includes reviews of both the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 and the Cooler Master Hyper 212. The 212 got rated quite a bit higher than the Freezer 7. That's what I'd go with probably. Or spend a bit more cash and get a Xigmatek Dark Knight.
