LGA775 6 heatpipe cooler needed, preferably with backplate

I'm looking into replacing my Scythe Yasya, since I have slight clearance problems with my Asus Rampage Extreme top VRM heatsink - there's just a ~0.3mm gap between it and the heatpipes and because of that I had to mount the fan by inserting the clips between the fins letting it protrude ~2cm over the top fin of the heatsink. Is there an LGA775 compatible 6 heatpipe cooler with similar performance to the Yasya that has the fin array lifted high above the socket, so I can use the fan more effectively? A backplate would be nice as well.
 
I have a VapoChill Micro Extreme for the LGA775 totally new in the original packaging never opened. This is a true cooler based on AC refrigerant that responds immediately vs. heatpipes and the delayed reaction.
