LGA1156 CPU Cooler for MicroATX Board

I am working on a build using the Gigabyte P55M-UD2 board and I am trying to select a heatsink/fan combo. I am leaning towards this one:

However, I was wondering if anyone knows if that heatsink w/ included fans will block any of my memory slots?

If so, are there smaller options that still work well? I'd like to avoid having to use water cooling just to be able to access all of my memory slots.
