If your mind is set on cooling performance, check what anandtech has reviewed. Most recently Zerotherm Nirvana NV120. Here is some of the performance scaling compared to some of the best there is.

It's almost as good as TR Ultra-120 extreme and you don't need to buy a fan for it. The thing is, the scene hasn't really changed a lot lately. It's the same old players, Tuniq Tower and TR Ultra-120 extreme, and now the Nirvana NV120. They're as good as it gets with air.
