LGA 771 and LGA 775 the same?

Hey guys,
I have a motherboard with two LGA771 sockets, and I'm hoping to install a watercooling kit, like a corsair H70 or something similar, now my question is would a LGA775 compatible kit work on my LGA771 socket. Obviously a LGA775 processor wouldn't work but would a heatsink or waterblock.
