I'm know this is a TV forum, but I figure some of you wash clothes 🙂

Do the LG washing machines not come with printed manuals?

I had to buy an open box machine a few weeks ago and it had no manual. The dealer said I had to print it. LG customer services just emails me a link to download when contacted. Seems barbaric I have to print out a 65 page manual after shelling out $1200 for the machine.
