Just today I was imagining a phone the size of a half a playing card, which you could fan out from the side to a full size card. Would be nice if something like a Note 3 was portable at half its size but folds out. We'll get there.

If this is really something they will have out in a few years then tech is really progressing... I never thought we would get to the point where we buy new TVs every 2-3 years. I'm a little behind though, I still have 2 tube TVs in our house and only 1 LCD. And the LCD has had to be repaired twice already. Tubes are 15 and 20 years old and still fine. Can't bring myself to throw out a working TV.

That the problem with some of these cheap LCD's...they only last 2 to 3 years and then you throw them out. In reality, they are not cheaper when you factor in the fact that you have to replace many (not all) of them more often.
