LG tablet won't charge while in use

It's a vzw tablet. Anyway to get it to charge while being used attached to an external battery? It won't even charge while in use when attached to the wall. Thanks

Your tablet is most likely not getting enough amperage during charge - input from external source (wall, external battery) is less than the power used by tablet, therefore your tablet is still discharging (but discharging slower)?

Take a look at powerdraw-measuring apps (Battery Monitor Widget, others). Some apps work on some deviecs and tell you exactly how much amperage draw is happening

ARe you using the OEM cables? some cables are crap. Look for better AWG (lowe r= better) cables

Yea, it requires the higher amp cable or it will just trickle charge while in use. If you are using the cable it came with, then the cable/connector might be bad.

My vzw tablet mobile network Internet is slow. Is it the Sim card? Because I had a moto x and the Internet worked perfectly. So?

And

Are new phones coming in August? The moto x I had is not non functional and it's insured. Do you think it's worth waiting till august until my birthday if new phones are coming out? I don't pay full retail if my old moto x is insured right?

your slot might just be dirty, or the tablet just doesn't receive good LTE signal

depends on your insurance... most likely the insurance will offer you a replacement phone equivalent to the moto x, or give you (very small) credit towards a new phone (after you pay a huge deduct-able)

no idea.... the next major phone for Verizon is the Sony Xperia Z3+/Z4v in Aug, then iPhone in Sept, then Note 5 in Oct/Nov
