LG Optimus V now available on Virgin Mobile

This is Virgin Mobile's second Android device, and a very nice alternative to the Samsung Intercept. I checked a few Radio Shack stores and some of them already have this in stock today:

The Optimus T/S have been well reviewed as good low-end devices and fairly speedy even with a slower processor. This is the best phone for any prepaid carrier in the States. $150 no contract price is just insane.

Here is the chipset this phone uses. 600 Mhz ARM11 (same application processor as Iphone 3G). Things should get even more interesting in coming years when we start seeing ARM Cortex A5 (Sparrow) built on 40nm showing up in phones.
