LG LV5500, Real Cinema, and Xbox360

Just bought a new xbox and hooked it up via HDMI. I noticed the "Real Cinema" feature is now greyed out (changes films to 5:5 pulldown as opposed to 3:2). Is this because of the xbox or hdmi? I think my old dvd player was composite and the feature was on. Thanks.
