Looks like (well, not physically) a lighter spec'ed Nexus 4, which is my reference point now for phones, especially for LG. They came out within a month of each other, but the L9 has a dual core TI OMAP 4430 instead of a quad core Snapdragon S4. Also, only 1GB of RAM. All the other specs are slightly lower expect battery capacity.
Which, looking at the price, isn't bad thing for a lower to mid-range phone. I'd buy it for the $200 or less off-contract it seems to be going for. Good deal.
