LG Keybo vs Samsung U540

Hello All.

I am a barely phone user (coming from V262 Motorola) phone for the past 3 years. My battery lasts about 1 minute now so I need a new phone.

These are the two best cheap phones I can get from my provider (I have accumulated a good amount of airtime so I am staying with them).

How is the LG Keybo vs Samsung U540?


LG costs 150 w/ 50$ airtime
QWERTY keyboard
kindof ugly looking


Samsung costs 100 w/ no extra airtime

Both have bluetooth and what not.

My MOST important condition would be signal reliability (sound quality) and battery life.

I am on Telus pay as you go (in Canada).

If these suck I already know what phone to get if I have to switch providers.

I think I am going to go with the Samsung simply because of the price difference.

Airtime is of no bonus to me because I simply have so much.

My options now:

Buy Samsung and continue on with my airtime
Sell my old phone + airtime (and ultimately buy something on Rogers)
Buy Samsung, sell samsung + airtime (and ultimately buy something on Rogers)
