I was hoping you had some info on the newer LG L246WP-BN?

Display Blog says this is a IPS panel? If so, I've seen prices on the net for around $600.

That is a pretty good deal if this new LG is better than the previous VA models.
 
Nope this is still a VA. Unfortunately, the only 24" IPS are from Hazro (not sold in US) and NEC (LCD2490WUXi, ~$1000). There is a glossy 24" IPS in the iMac also but that's a whole computer.
