LG Dare question

GF got a Dare yesterday when she has the phone locked it won't ring it only vibrates. She wants it to ring when it's locked, I googled my ass off and can't find anything. Anyone with this phone have this problem with it? I don't know what else to tell her.

Mine rings fine even when locked for calls and texts I would suggest try a a reset you can find it in the security menu and it will not erase any data. You will also find the restore there but using it will erase any content/music, pictures etc and require starting over with *228. Other than that #611 and talk to tech support.
