LG BluRay Problems

OK, kind of a strange one, at least for me.

Running HTPC (home build) has been working fine. Installed an LG Model WH10LS30 BR burner the other day. Seems to play well but every other day or so, Windows seems to "lose" it. It doesn't show up and I have to reboot. When I do, it shows up and things are fine until the next time it "disappears".

The LG website is worthless. Any ideas? Running Win 7 32 bit.

I'll do just that. Thanks. The fact that it "re-appears" after a boot makes me think that it's not a loose cable, but you never know.
