Hi all,
Background... I previously used EAC and a different DVD drive to rip about 500 CDs out of my collection to FLAC without any issues. Each CD would only take about 5-6 minutes to rip.
Current problem... I now have the LG Blu-Ray/HD-DVD combo drive and just tried to rip a new audio CD I purchased and it is slooooow... I only get about 1.2x when ripping! I did a quick search online and it seems that the LG Blu-Ray drives have an issue with EAC.
So my question... Has anyone been able to successfully rip at normal speeds (30-50x) with a recent LG Blu-Ray drive and EAC?
Thanks!
