I have an 05 Mazda 3 with black leather interior that's never been properly cleaned nor protected.

Picked up a bottle of Lexol Cleaner and a bottle of Lexol Conditioner.

Should I use both? And if so, does the cleaner come first?

Cleaner and a soft brush (Brush lightly) and dry. Then conditioner. Take the time and do it right the Leather will be like new.

It'll agitate the dirt so that when you wipe your leather, the dirt will actually come off...prepare to do it in a well ventilated area as Lexol is about the worst smelling leather cleaner I've come across.

Very cool, thanks guys

Should I get another more leathery smelling cleaner instead? Or is lexol still one of the best and worth the stench?

Also, I didn't see a leather brush at Pep Boys or Walmart, anywhere locally to get em?

The smell will go away in a few days so don't worry about that. Its just the cleaning stage that it smells real bad. Any brush will do but I prefer working with a stiffer one but obviously don't brush too hard otherwise you'll just scrub off the top portion of the leather...
