Lexmark Z42 Printer Problem.... Please help!

When I try to print anything with my Lexmark Z42 printer, It says User Intervention Required.

What could be the problem?
 
No idea.

But before you get cranky, try calling Lexmark. It's toll free and they have amazingly good tech support over the phone. I would assume it's 1 800 LEX MARK. At least that's what it is up here in Canada.

 
Lexmark z42 is evil. pure evil. anyone agree? check out the lexpps.exe process going on. What the hell is that all about? in w2k it takes up 99% of my resources, and disrupted my cable modem connection for a day. check out some info here
