When I go to print, I get a network connection can not be made. The green light on the printer says its connected. Had worked weeks ago with the tech for 2 hours and finally got it to print. Now, it won't print.
Use a Verizon FIOS Antec router.
Trend Mirco PcCillin (says printer is offline)
Spybot Search and Destroy
XP SP2
Have heard Trend Micro may be the problem.
Don't know how to fix. When I tried to reinstall, I get a DHCP address of 192.168.1.3 from the printout wirelessly.
Am in a quandry.
Can someone offer up ideas?
