Lexmark X73 Scanning Problem....

When I try to scan something, I press the scan button on the X73. The
Lexmark Scan and Copy Program comes up and then it prompts me with the
Application Manager. I choose "Viewing Booth" and "JPEG" for file type. I
click send, but it doesn't begin scanning. An error message comes up:

TITLE OF ERROR MESSAGE:
Lexmark Scan & Copt Control Program: Artcopy55.exe - Bad Image

ERROR MESSAGE:
The applicaton or DLL C:\WinNT\twain_32.dll is not a valid Windows image.
Please check this against your installation diskette.

I have tried replacing the Twain_32.dll file but it didn't work.

Tech Support from Lexmark just sent me reinstallation directions but they didn't work....
Any ideas?
