I work at Staples. We usually try to dissuade people from buying a Lexmark. We have a lot of customers return them, and a lot of customers say they were unhappy with them. One of the guys I work with said he thought we got almost 3/4 of them back, though he might have been exaggerating.

Just thought I would put that out there. Dont feel like you shouldnt try it. You can definitely go ahead and buy one and see how you like it, there always is the 14 day return policy.

They suck in so many way but the worst part is by far the drivers.
First you canr use most of teh fucntions without install the 30+mb driver package.
Then the drives constanst poll your system. Your system will never go in to standby and the screen will never cut off. The ones that have usb connections to a workstation will actually restart the PC if wake on usb is turned on.

Out of the 5 friend i know that had , not a single person like them at all. Hate to trash a whole brand but they need serious work.
