Lexmark T522 too loud!

In our office, we use a Lexmark T522. (Hey I just work here, I don't buy the stuff). The envelope load alarm and paper empty alarm are overwhelmingly loud. (Possibly for high volume areas, where we are quiet.)

I searched through all the internal menus and could not find a method to turn the volume down. Perhaps I missed it. Anybody have any helps on this??
