I heard from different ppl you can call them and if you have something wrong with your jeans they will send another pair for replacement. Anyone know if this is true? I have 2-3 pair that has had belt holders rip and other minor stuff.

Never heard of it. Possibly true, and you probably need the original receipt. You can certainly call and find out and report back what you discover.
