Letting "Limited" Accounts Use Nero to Burn CDs

I have a small domain setup with Active Directory. All of the user accounts need the ability to burn CDs, but when they run Nero, it says they don't have suffiencet rights. What settings do I need to change on the server or on the local machines to let them use Nero?

12. I can only burn a disc if I am logged in as Administrator. How can I allow normal users to have access to the disc recorder, too?

After having your Administrator install this program, you will be able to set up groups to assign those who should have the rights to burn. The group configuration can be done through the control panel, as you would normally create and assign groups.
