Letterman or Leno?

Once again, my roommate has managed to piss me off with his Letterman > Leno nonsense. I'm sick of writing out all the details but the fact is The Tonight Show is better than The Late Show. I'll give Letterman points for being better in improv overall, he's a more entertaining interviewer, but the fact remains: Leno tells better jokes than Letterman.

Please give me your honest opinion, am I wrong or is my roommate retarded?
 
Letterman ran out of jokes a couple years ago. He's just not funny. Leno is OK, but neither of them are that great anymore.
 
I agree, Conan's ok but he just makes too many goofy faces and think we're gonna laugh at em like a little baby would when you want to make them laugh by making corny faces.

I'm really starting to like Kimmel, his style of humor appeals to me, his videos are definitely the best among all late night.
 
I like Conan because his show has been a little more on the edge, which by 2009 the 11:35 time slot should be ready for it. Its not the faces that might be a flaw, but the repetitiveness. A lot of the jokes or segments are just really overdone sometimes, it'll be great to see what he can do with a bigger budget.
