World Wide Pants, David Lettermans production company brokered their own deal with the WGA. Craig Feurgesons show falls under that deal. Their shows are the only two shows that have WGA writers and the blessing of the WGA to go back on air.

Leno, Conan, Colbert, Stewart are all writing their own material and have crossed the picket lines.

As for the beard, Conan has one too.
